Practice with Me

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) serving the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. I come to the mat with more than a decade of teaching experience, curriculum planning, and creative leadership. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Loft of Bethlehem in 2022.

Special Events + Workshops

  • Yoga for Every Body

    Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, "Yoga for Every Body" is designed to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can find their own path to balance and serenity.

    Classes will be held outside on Lehigh University’s campus, weather permitting, and are completely free and open to the public.

    In the event of inclement weather or unseasonable cold, we’ll move inside.

    Pre-registration is required to secure your spot and receive important event updates. Come for 1 class or the whole series!
